Lagging

I've been lagging a lot on projects. It seems like there are a million things preventing me from getting down to business. I _have_ had time to start planning Minion's birthday party (in April haha). I've decided it's rainbow themed but I like the bright colors instead of the primary colors. This works out perfectly for her bday dress, which is absolutely adorable. It's Bonnie Jean Baby Polka Dot Birthday dress. Quite the splurge. :-x

I've got a Pinterest.com board dedicate to ideas for her party and I think I've even decided on invitations. I definitely have a cake in mind as long as the experiment works out this weeked.

So forgive me for never finishing the Valentine wreath. I am spraying Hubby's deck of cards with Krylon (found on CLEARANCE!!! at Joann's) tomorrow if the wind has died down by then. I'll get back to her wall right after I finished some hefty class assignments this weekend.

Thanks for hanging' with me. <3

Valentine's Day!

Update time! With everything going on I'm having to put last minute touches on Hubby's Vday present. I thought is share some of the pages with you! My favorite is the Batman one, of course. ;)

I hope all of you are having a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Intermission

I was on a roll until it hit: the stomach flu. Well, I don't really know if it was that or food poisoning or what. I just know I'm barely able to eat again and I have no crafting energy.

This is terrible for me because I have so many projects I need to finish before the weekend, including the Vday wreath and Hubby's present.

On top of that our new dryer is broken. It hasn't even been two weeks! The appliance place isn't answering the phone or returning calls so who knows what's going on. Laundry and crafts are piling up!

Project 1 Update

Well! Minion better be happy with her wall. I can't tell you how many times I've changed out cardstock in these frames (after cutting them into perfect 4x6 and 5x7 rectangles to fit) just to find the right combination. I think I've settled on this with the exception of the R. That will be changed to a colored polka dot pattern.

My Valentine Day craft night is this Sunday so I have the perfect excuse to get out my Cricut Expression and make animals of all sizes to finish this.
